The House that I bring you today has several things to criticize him, in fact I think that most of what I write is a review for it, but is still a choice of construction that can be adapted to the reality of a family in particular and that I don’t want to stop publishing it. My first review is for the bedrooms on the ground floor, notice that there is one that will surely cause claustrophobia to its occupant. The second is for the bathroom under the stairs, it is something that I never liked and to follow the kitchen and laundry. If instead of having them separated by a wall is integrated in a single environment there would be a space much more roomy and comfortable both to cook and to wash clothes.
On the ground floor we have an open garage and next to it the living room. The home you will enter directly to the dining room, leaving us living room on one side and later the entry, almost hidden by the stairs and bathroom. Next to the dining room, we have the kitchen and the laundry room, which I would have joined in a single workspace.
On the upper floor we have a small distribution hall from which we can enter the bedroom and the bathroom. At the back of the House we have two rooms, one of which is quite uncomfortable I think, the second even though little seems to me to be tolerable. On the front we have the master bedroom, this account with a small balcony with room to sit.
Would think? Do you share my criticism to this House? Do you find them viable to live a House like this? Finally I’d like to point out that construction is done in a little more than 5 per 10 meters…
