Today I bring you the design of a fairly big house. There are 263 square metres in total counting porch areas and galleries. Some rooms could be a little more small so that it adapts to the needs/budget of other families. I think that it could be reduced to about 150 square meters without affecting the overall distribution of the House (just taking a few meters from here and there).

The ground floor is very interesting for me. An area of concept for the social area open (as they like to say designers and decorators). This includes the foyer or hallway, living room, kitchen with island and dining room. Then we have access from the living room, to the stairs that lead us to the top floor, laundry and bath against them. At the bottom we have the master bedroom having en suite and walk-in closet.

On the upper floor we have two bedrooms, an office and a bathroom. It highlights a great balcony roof, which is intended as an area for sleeping outdoors. With very little effort we can transform it into a second living room or a play room.

Do you think this plane? Do you like them? To my like the master bedroom on the ground floor, it is spacious but without exaggeration and provides a privacy that only the division into two plants can give.
