One can think uff, two-story!, that is not for my. But when we look at the distribution and possible uses of this great town house it makes best of what one could imagine at first. I would particularly like to highlight the whole of the bedrooms is on the first floor, leaving upstairs to single third room that can function as a guest room or similar. The distribution seems to me quite comfortable despite some details that I end do not convince.

On the ground floor we can see three distinct sectors. On the left we have a large living room with a bow windows. On the right we have receiver shaped Hall where we have the toilet, closet or wardrobe and stairs. On the back of this plant have the kitchen and dining room, United but slightly separated by a half wall. I finished in like that to go from the living room to the dining room is to go through the kitchen.

The first floor is quite simple. A small distributor that allows us to enter three rooms and a large bathroom. The master bedroom has, in addition, with its en-suite bathroom and a space extra by the bow window.

Would think? Considering it this way three floors seem interesting or not? We also have to take into account that is built upon a base of 7 × 8 meters which makes it accessible to the majority of the plots of land.
