Today I bring you a House that follows a design that I love. Kerala houses are my favorite, they have their cons, like everything else, but it seems to me that in general are the best designs we can expect. They are comfortable homes, with spacious and bright rooms with enough space for all the family.

One thing against having this plane, and I see it quite followed, is the disproportion between the master bedroom and the rest of the environment. The en suite bathroom is more larger than the dining room! Anyway I think a very good design, and that times we deserve a treat after strive so much.

At the level of the ground floor, we can see that we are in a framed by an office and the dining hall after passing by the entrance porch. Ideal for formal visits. A little more we have behind the toilet and stairs. At the end have a large “great room” and kitchen with island. This great room would fulfill the function of living room and dining room, although large kitchen island could well be used as breakfast or everyday dining.

From this side of the House we have access to the rear garden. Either by the living, through double doors, or from the sink that is next to the kitchen. This last, has, as we can see with a pantry and access to the dining room through an intermediate area of preparation.

The top floor is simple, a corridor that we distributed among three bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. It is noteworthy that one of the small bedroom has walk-in closet, though it is also small. Another noteworthy point is that the bathroom of this plant is divided into two, toilet and bath on one side and double sink on the other, so it is achieved much improve the functionality for a family of more than 4 members.

The master bedroom is deserves a special mention. It is a square space of 4.5 meters. But we also have a balcony, and a huge bathroom en suite with bath, shower, separate toilet, double sink and a large walk-in closet. No doubt it’s a very large space for the master bedroom, and even somewhat exaggerated, but I think that it would give many taste have it.
